As we’re slowly approaching the end of the season, every game's stake raises--whether it is playoff related or relegation. Let’s take look at this week’s crucial fixtures:

Week 19 comes with another episode of the rivalry between the Stars and the Bhoys as Lansdowne Bhoys host Cedar Stars Academy on Saturday at Tibbet Brook Park Field 3 at 8:00 p.m.
Lansdowne hasn’t lost to Cedar in their last seven outings—five wins, two ties. Last time the two sides met the Bhoys rallied back for a 3-2 win over CSA on Dec. 18 in one of the best game of the Fall season.
The Irish-based club is going into the game on a 20-match unbeaten run and without having conceded a goal in their last four outings.
Cedar Stars owns a 2-2 record in the Spring season. They won their last game 4-3 against Zum Schneider FC 03 after being up 2-0 at halftime. Captain Andreas Chronis scored two late penalty kicks against Zum to give his side the win.
If CSA loses, NY Greek Americans will have an opportunity to push them out of the last playoff position. Meanwhile, a loss would snap Lansdowne’s 46-game undefeated run in the league.
Shamrock SC (2nd) vs (8th) Manhattan Celtic @ St. Michael’s Playground on Saturday at 8:00 p.m.

Manhattan Celtic will look to break a nine-game winless streak in the league against their country foes Shamrock SC in an Irish Derby at the Rocks’ home St. Michael’s Playground.
Celtic’s non-winning run pushed them to ninth place. A loss can drop them to the relegation zone.
Shamrock on the other hand sealed a playoff spot in only their second season back in the top flight after defeating Zum Schneider FC 03 1-0 on Ap. 20th. They also won their following game 3-1, against Doxa SC. In fact they only lost one of their five matches in the Spring.
The Rocks’ match on Saturday will be their third one in nine days.
Zum Schneider FC 03 (6th) vs Doxa SC (9th) @ Randall’s Island Field 75 on Sunday at 2:00 p.m.
Battle of the two promoted sides at Randall’s Island as Zum Schneider FC 03 play host to Doxa SC at 2:00 p.m on Sunday.
Both teams are on a four league-game losing streak. Last time the two sides met it ended in a 1-1 draw.
Zum played the top four teams in the league in their last four games, in which they went 0-4. However the German-based club challenged the CSL giants as they only fell to Lansdowne 2-1, to Shamrock 1-0 and to Cedar Stars 4-3.
Meanwhile Doxa lost their last four games to NY Greek Americans, NY Athletic Club, Cedar Stars Academy and Shamrock.

NY Athletic Club and NY Greek Americans both started to change their season around in the Spring, they will meet each other in their run back to their glory days Sunday at Travers Island at noon.
NYAC started the second half of the season with a shocking 2-1 win over Shamrock before conquering Doxa 4-1 in their second match of the Spring. NY Athletic's following two games were against giants NY Pancyprian Freedoms and Lansdowne. They lost both games, 3-2 to the Freedoms and 4-0 to the Bhoys.
The Greeks on the other hand are almost perfect in the second half of the season, winning all their four league matches. Their only deficit of the Spring was a 7-6 penalty kick (1-1 FT) loss to Shamrock in the Manning Cup semifinals.
A win is crucial in NYGA’s hope of making the playoffs as they sit three points under the last playoff spot in fifth place.
Polonia Gwardia NY SC (10th) vs NY Pancyprian Freedoms (3rd) @ St. John’s University Belson Stadium on Saturday at 8:00 p.m.
NY Pancyprian Freedoms will look to keep their perfect Spring season rolling as they welcome Polonia Gwardia NY SC at St. John’s University Belson Stadium Saturday at 8:00 p.m.
